Our organizational structure is designed to efficiently manage our key departments: IT, Human Resources Dispatch, Engineering, and Component Procurement. Each department is led by a dedicated officer—CIO, COO, and CPO—who oversee the respective teams. Additionally, we heavily rely on our Contractors, who play an integral role in supporting each department’s operations, ensuring that we maintain flexibility and access to specialized resources.
